SELECTION PROCESS
Application screening: your application will be reviewed and screened by our experienced team. As well as looking at your suitability for the role in terms of experience, academic achievement, skills and competencies, we’ll be interested in your motivation to join us.
Interview: this will be conducted by telephone in order to minimise your time away from your normal day. At this stage of the process, we’ll be assessing some key competency areas, checking through any details we from your application and answering any questions you may have.
Psychometric testing: this will be carried out online. We usually use WR-RANRA testing to assess intellect and behaviours.
Assessment centre: these are normally conducted in a day and will entail a mixture of activities such as interviews, group exercises and presentations. The above steps have been developed inline with our Diversity Policy.
